Today I processed and bottled 74 bottles of Honey BBQ Sauce. Whew! Thank goodness my neice Leslie came to help me. You would not believe how much work goes in to this production, not to mention all the paperwork. The Department of Agriculture is very particular. Now I will have to label them, another time consuming project. But I love it! Oh yeah, my whole house smells like BBQ Sauce! This picture was taken in my separate commercial kitchen downstairs. Umm that is really good sauce! We eat it all the time,and as a matter of fact ,we had it on chicken nuggets tonight. The baked sweet potato looks wonderful also. I've ate one of those and they are great.
