Alisha's Kitchen

Alisha: It seems like I have been around barbeque forever. My family had a small BBQ take-out restaurant when I was 9 years old. I couldn't wait to get out of school and go work at the restaurant. I guess that is where my passion for cooking and food began. I created my Signature BBQ Sauce several years ago-while cooking dinner one evening, I realized I was out of BBQ sauce, so I decided to make some.-Wow-it was delicious! Around that same time is when I created "The Rub". As the saying goes-the rest is history. My passion for BBQ grew and spread to my husband. I enrolled in a class to become a certified Kansas City BBQ Society Judge and have since judged BBQ competitions for the last 5-6 years. My husband became the Grill Master. Any thing I rubbed or glazed, he could grill! The results were incredible in both taste and appearance. As a result, we now both love to compete in BBQ competitions. I hope you enjoy using and eating my products as much as I have enjoyed creating them. Alisha's Kitchen is growing and we will be adding new products along the way. So, check back often!
