Today I made a batch of Alisha's Kitchen "The Rub". Not only do I have to keep it in bottles for sale, but I go through it pretty quickly myself. We have an order for two Boston Butts worth of pulled pork this weekend. They get rubbed before cooking. It really enhances the flavor of the meat. My friend Marshelle has been telling me about this oven baked chicken she makes with The Rub on it. I think I will cook it this week and tell ya'll all about it. I hope everyone has a great week.
